Hi,

How’s life? I heard you are working as a personal shopper in Barcelona. I’m so glad for you! I need some advice for an event I am going to next weekend in Barcelona.

First, I’m going to a conference with some workmates on Saturday. Which clothes should I wear? Do you think a suit is too formal? What about a more casual style? You know I like informal and comfortable clothes.

In the evening we will have dinner with the conference organizers. Do you suggest wearing something special?

Thanks a lot,

Pat

PS. I will be free on Sunday. Do you suggest anything interesting to do in Barcelona –sightseeing, visiting monuments, shopping, etc.?

Hi!

How are you? I am writing about the course we are going to in Madrid next Monday. I wanted to ask you about our trip there. Thanks for organizing the trip.

First, how are we getting there? By train or are you driving? Don’t forget the conference starts on Monday, very early in the morning. Did you book a single or a return ticket? I need to be back in Seville on Wednesday. Did you book a hotel? What time are we getting back?

Love,

Sam.

PS How much is the trip? Did you reserve me an aisle seat or a window seat? I prefer a window one ;-)
